Cancellations made at least 2 calendar days before class are eligible for a refund, minus payment processing fees. Cancellations made less than 2 calendar days before class are not eligible for a refund.

You may reschedule one time: at least 2 calendar days before class, there is no rescheduling fee; less than 2 calendar days before class, a $25 rescheduling fee applies.

If Golden Hour cancels your class because minimum enrollment is not met, you may reschedule or receive a full refund. Please contact us if you need help with a change.

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early, bring a valid photo ID, and wear comfortable clothing for hands-on CPR practice. For blended courses, complete the required online portion before class and follow the completion-proof instructions in your confirmation email. Review and download the resources available through your eLearning course. Check your confirmation for any additional materials specific to your class, and contact us if you need help.

Yes, our instructors are certified CPR instructors and are aligned with American Heart Association and American Red Cross training centers.
